Touch of Serenity COVID-19 Sanitation and Safety Protocols

  • To ensure everyone's safety all clients and Massage Therapists must wear a mask at all times when in the studio. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you to use while in the studio. 

  • Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and before exiting the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided in the studio.

  • No hand shakes or hugs at this time to abide by the social distancing standards. 

  • All high touch items will be disinfected with Benefect disinfectant or Clorox after each client. including : Tables, chairs, door knobs, massage table, tools used for massage, and any hard surface that may have been touched.

  • All linens will be properly washed after each client. 

  • Water bottles are available at client request. 

  • Contactless payments will be provided with email or text receipt options. 

  • No more than 10 people are allowed in the studio at one time.

  • No walk-in appointments are allowed at this time. All appointments must be previously scheduled. 

  • If a client or Massage Therapist is showing symptoms such as: cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or a high fever of over 100 degrees F, they will be sent home immediately and asked to remain in quarantine until symptoms are gone for at least 5 days. 

  • Proper ventilation will be provided in between each client. Upon request I can have the windows open during your session to increase the ventilation. 

  • Tissues are available in the studio if needed for coughing or sneezing. After use of tissue please discard properly into the trash bin. Then use hand sanitizer.

  • Trash bins will be emptied daily. 

                 Personal Sanitize Guidelines

 

  • Frequently wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water is not available, use hand sanitizer with 60% or higher alcohol. 

  • Cover coughs and sneezes with tissue then throw into the trash bin after use. Or use the inner elbow or sleeve. Then use hand sanitizer or wash hands. 

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. 

  • If you are feeling sick with symptoms including couch, sore throat, shortness of breath, and high fever of 100 degrees F please stay at home. If your kids or anyone in your household or anyone that you have been in contact with in the last 72 hours is showing symptoms please stay home and cancel any appointments. 

  • Clean high touch areas in your home including cell phones using regular household products. 

  • Wear face masks in public and follow CDC recommendations for removing masks.
