Service Description
90 minute therapeutic massage and 30 minute assisted sretch. Assisted stretching is where a practitioner helps to stretch your muscles. This can be beneficial to get a deeper stretch and make sure that the movement is done correctly. Assisted stretching allows your body to move in ways that it is not able to when stretching alone.
